The King's Speech - First Scene

In this clip, Colin Firth (playing the Duke of York) is asked by his father - King George the V of England - to give an important closing address. Even for a prince, we see that it is difficult to open up, especially when the King of all Kings has given us the responsibility to do so. Throughout the course of the film the Duke learns how to effectively converse with others despite his stammer. Why is it so difficult for us to open up? How do we know when we are effectively communicating with Hashem? How do the words "€œHashem sifatai tiftach..."€ relate to this clip? Is it difficult for you to talk to God?
